EVER GREENEX ENERGY LIMITED was founded in particular to respond to contemporary energy concerns in the Region but beyond that, take the initiative in pioneering the inevitable energy transition that must now become the focus as we set to flip the current energy structure that is fossil fuel based, to the next age sources that are renewables-based. Our Two-pronged approach to this challenge is to build to address the region's energy deficit while equally shifting to next-generation power sources (renewables).
 
For this reason, GREENEX ENERGY enterprise was duly incorporated in to EVER GREENEX ENERGY LIMITED July 2024 to focus on energy and the future of energy transition as an independent Power Producer that would pool investors desirous to invest and tap into the Southern Africa market for energy trade.
Subsequently, this led to the acquisition of land of a 241.5 hectares farm by Chief Chamuka Kindom in Lifwabula area chibombo district for solar development.
 
The plot is ideal for such a project as it lies alongside a National ZESCO grid, with an export
OH-line rated at 220kV and over 300MW carrying capacity edging over it, to the district’s main Transmission Sub just 50km away, a trans-national Railway line linking DRC through Zambia to Zimbabwe then Botswana and down to South Africa, and a national highway also linking same neighbours by equal measure.
